Vendor-neutral service for industrial parts cleaning and water treatment systems

We offer manufacturer-independent service for existing industrial parts cleaning and water treatment systems from leading manufacturers, such as EnviroFALK. Our focus is on reliable water quality, high system availability, and the cost-effective continued operation of existing systems.

Thanks to our manufacturer-independent support, maintenance, repairs, and replacement parts can be specifically tailored to the technical condition and requirements of your system. In doing so, we consider not only individual components but the entire treatment process.

Membrane Service

We inspect the condition and performance of reverse osmosis and other membrane stages. The service includes functional testing, cleaning, performance evaluation, and, if necessary, the professional replacement of the membranes.

Filter and Cartridge Service

We inspect and replace sediment filters, fine filters, and ion-exchange cartridges. To minimize operational downtime, we provide suitable replacement cartridges. After replacement, we measure and document the water quality. For systems designed accordingly, we deliver treated water with the agreed-upon, guaranteed conductivity value.

Pump Service

We handle the inspection, maintenance, repair, and replacement of feed and high-pressure pumps for reverse osmosis and water treatment systems. Among other things, we check flow rate, operating pressure, leak tightness, operating noise, and electrical components. For pumps that are no longer economically viable to repair or are inadequately sized, we select a suitable replacement and integrate it properly into the existing system.

UV Service

We test UV systems for functionality and operational performance. Our service includes cleaning components, replacing UV lamps and other wear parts, and checking operating hours and safety devices.

Activated Carbon and Quartz Sand Filters

We replace activated carbon and quartz sand in existing filter stages. This ensures the reliable removal of particles, organic contaminants, chlorine, and other undesirable substances in the water.

Cleaning and Disinfection

Depending on the type of system, materials, degree of contamination, and hygiene requirements, we perform professional cleaning and disinfection using hydrogen peroxide, sodium hypochlorite, and appropriate alkaline or acidic cleaning agents. The chemicals are used exclusively in separate, coordinated processes and in compliance with applicable safety and manufacturer specifications.

Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Optimization

We analyze the entire process—from pretreatment and water treatment through filtration and rinsing to drying. This allows us to specifically identify and resolve the causes of inadequate cleaning results, fluctuating conductivity values, microbiological contamination, increased water consumption, and unplanned plant downtime.

Regular, manufacturer-independent service extends the service life of existing systems, reduces production interruptions, and ensures consistently high process and water quality.
